  • Event highlights videos typically come in two formats: With Interviews and Without Interviews.

      • Is there a quiet recording space, or will it be in an open area with potential noise?

      • Are individual transcripts needed?

    Recording and Technical Requirements

    • Will any speeches need to be recorded?

    • Will there be an on-site AV crew to provide audio support?

    • What is the required video resolution (4K or Full HD)? Aspect ratio (16:9 or 9:16)?

    • What is the desired length of the video (e.g., 30–60 seconds or 2–3 minutes)?

    • What mood or style do you envision for the video?

    • Do you have reference videos for inspiration?

    Budget and Timeline

    • What is your budget range? (This helps us tailor production value to your needs.)

    • What is the project deadline?

    • Do you require pre-production services such as scripting, storyboarding, location scouting etc?

    • Do you require interviews or voiceovers with stakeholders? (If yes, please refer to the sub-bullet points)
